Supply, delivery, installation and training of all the equipments set up for the waste water treatment department for an agriculture company at Johor. We supplied the equipment such as Ductless Fume Cupboard, UDK129 Velp Distillation Unit, COD reactors, Visible Spectrophotometer, Water Distiller W4L, BOD incubator, BOD/DO/SUD multiparameter, TDS meter and etc.
The most commonly used parameters in wastewater treatment plants are BOD, COD and TSS. When degrading environments, it is common to analyze nitrogen (NGL, NH4, NO3) and phosphorus parameters. The main reason to test for dissolved oxygen is to maintain life in an aquatic environment in order to maintain a sufficient level of oxygen. Biological oxygen demand value require to obtain as micro-organisms consume a
lot of oxygen to develop and degrade this pollution. COD is useful in terms of water quality because it allows to determine the effect of an effluent on the receiving environment & determine the BOD.
Ammonium NH4+ is the most common nitrogen component in domestic wastewater. Typically for domestic wastewater, it contribute about 80% of NH4+. In general, ammonium is measured by means of an NH4+ test with a spectrophotometer and the UDK129 Velp Distillation Unit provide the great contribution in shorten the analysis time for Ammonium NH4+ determination. Instead of equipment for waste water analysis, Stabilab also supplied the general equipment such as
drying oven, water distiller, hot plate stirrer, balance, micro-pipettor, pH meter and etc to customer in order to provide a complete WWTP testing laboratory.
